Services · MVP Development
Ship your MVP in
6-10 weeks.
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Solo senior developer, no agency layer. I've shipped six production MVPs end-to-end - Caldra AI, OmniAPI, Xandidate, DreamCurtains AI, Gosalci, and VC Automation.
What ships
Design system
Tokens, components, Tailwind setup. Distinctive enough to look like a product, not a template.
Auth + accounts
Clerk or Supabase Auth. Social login, email, sessions, password resets.
Payments
Stripe checkout, subscriptions, customer portal, webhooks. If your MVP needs revenue from day one.
Core feature set
The thing you are actually testing. Built once, properly.
Admin + ops
Basic admin UI, error tracking (Sentry), uptime monitoring, log access.
Deploy + docs
Vercel deploy, env management, runbook, handoff doc your next dev can read.
For a full line-item breakdown of what an MVP actually costs, see the MVP cost guide.
AI add-on
Most MVPs I ship now include at least one AI feature - chat, summarization, search over user data, agent-driven workflows. The AI premium is $10K-$25K depending on complexity and covers prompt design, eval setup, model integration via the AI integration stack, guardrails, and cost monitoring. For deeper RAG see the RAG tutorial.

What founders build with this
Worked examples from the use case library: AI features inside new products, and prototypes taken to production.
Taking a vibe-coded app to production: secure data, reliable billing, maintainable code
Audits a Lovable, Bolt or v0 app's Supabase policies, secrets and Stripe billing, fixes what exposes data or money first, then adds tests and a deploy pipeline.
Lovable, Bolt or v0 / Supabase / Stripe / Vercel / GitHub
An in-app AI assistant that acts on the user's own data, not one that only quotes the docs
Tool calling over your own API with the signed-in user's permissions, a confirm step before every write, undo, per-plan usage caps and a trace of every step.
Your product's API / Vercel AI SDK / OpenAI or Anthropic / Postgres / Stripe
A remote MCP server so customers can use your SaaS from Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Your product inside Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot Studio: OAuth sign-in, a small set of agent-shaped tools, per-tenant audit logs and rate limits that protect your API.
Your REST API / OAuth provider (Auth0, WorkOS or your own) / MCP TypeScript SDK / Claude / ChatGPT
A company assistant that answers from SharePoint and Drive, and respects who may see what
Answers staff questions in Teams and Slack from SharePoint, Drive and Confluence, cites every source, and only searches what the person asking may open.
SharePoint and Teams / Google Drive / Slack / Confluence or Notion / Microsoft Entra ID or Google groups
An AI bill growing faster than your users: a cost audit, model routing and budgets
Traces model spend to each feature and customer, fixes caching, batching and prompt bloat, routes simple calls to small models, and proves quality holds with evals.
OpenAI and Anthropic APIs / Langfuse or Helicone / AI gateway / Data warehouse / Slack
Catching edited bank statements, payslips and invoices before they cost you money
Cross-checks uploaded statements, payslips and invoices against bank data, VAT records and the file's own structure, then puts the evidence in front of a reviewer.
Upload portal / Open banking provider / EU VIES / KYC provider (Onfido, IDnow or similar) / CRM or loan system
Frequently asked questions
What does the MVP package include?
Discovery, scope, design system, auth, payments (if needed), database, core feature set, basic admin, deploy, and a handoff doc. AI features are an add-on. Full breakdown in the MVP cost guide.
How long does an MVP take?
Non-AI MVP: 6-8 weeks. AI-heavy MVP: 8-12 weeks. First demo every Friday so you see the system running every week, not just at the end.
What is included vs not included?
Included: design, frontend, backend, database, deploy, basic admin, docs, 30 days of post-launch fixes. Not included: paid traffic, ongoing infra past month 1, full marketing site (unless agreed), iOS/Android native (PWA works for most MVPs).
Do you take equity?
No. Cash only. I keep the relationship clean.
What stack do you build on?
Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind, Postgres (Neon or Supabase), Clerk or Supabase Auth, Stripe, Vercel. AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, pgvector. No Kubernetes, no microservices, no premature scale.
What happens after the MVP ships?
Optional retainer for changes, bug fixes, and new features. Or you take it in-house - I provide a clean handoff doc and code that another senior dev can pick up.
